Delete branch "feat/homotopic-schaefer-parcellation"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Are you requiring a new dataset or marker?
Which feature do you want to include?
There is now a homotopic version of the Schaefer Atlas (https://github.com/ThomasYeoLab/CBIG/tree/master/stable_projects/brain_parcellation/Yan2023_homotopic) which is going to be useful for many research questions especially targeted at lateralisation in the brain. The linked repo's readme also links to the corresponding publication.
How do you imagine this integrated in junifer?
As another in-built parcellation.
Do you have a sample code that implements this outside of junifer?
