Current junifer raises a warning due to H5IO changing its API:

026-07-18 08:39:57 [warning  ] python3.13/site-packages/junifer/external/h5io/h5io/_h5io.py:67: H5pyDeprecationWarning: Creating a dataset without passing data or dtype is deprecated. Pass an explicit dtype. Using dtype='f4' will keep the current default behaviour.
  dset = root.create_dataset(key, value.shape, chunks=value.chunk_size)

We need to take care of this.
