Analogously to how we load atlases into junifer, the idea is to have a mechanism to load networks, that is, a list of coordinates that can be later retrieved by a name.

Functionality to implement:

List names of available coordinates
Register coordinates (by registering the list of coordinates directly, no files). Not allowed to overwrite internal Junifer coordinates lists.
Load coordinates

The following list of VOIs (voxels of interests, a.k.a. coordinates) should be part of the internal junifer coordinates list:
brainspheres/data/VOIs/meta/
